Flex is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology Park team in Mexico. You will research complex problems, design UI mockups, and develop dashboards to improve operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Tableau and SSRS, plus strong SQL and data management skills. You will communicate with users to resolve issues, create stakeholder-ready deliverables, and execute Global IT projects with integrated design and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong experience developing dynamic dashboards using Tableau (preferred) and/or Power BI.
• Experience with SSRS and SQL query development.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Flex Flow databases.
• Experience with SharePoint content management and design.
• Experience working with computerized databases, process documentation, and guidelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and a proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation.
• Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables.
• Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status.
• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption.
• Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables.
