A leading manufacturing company in Mexico is seeking a Business Systems Analyst 3 to support project management and provide analytical guidance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration and a minimum of three years' experience in a similar environment. Responsibilities include conducting training, analysis, and ensuring smooth communication between teams during project implementations. Advanced English and expertise in ERP systems, particularly Oracle, are essential requirements.

Formación

• Minimum three years of experience in a large international corporate manufacturing environment.
• Advanced English required.
• Knowledge of business systems analyst functions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the project manager by understanding technical requirements.
• Guide requesters on documentation and processes.
• Perform analysis and testing during SIT and UAT.
• Conduct trainings and provide business support.
• Build good relationships with involved teams.
• Support throughout the project implementation.
• Assist during acquisitions or new plant openings.

Experience

• Three years experience minimum in a large International corporate manufacturing environment from an Engineering, Order Management, Planning, Purchasing, Production Control position.
• Advanced English

Knowledge

• Office / Google Suite
• Expertise in ERP system modules, Oracle desirable (Engineering, Order Management, Planning, Purchasing, Receiving, Production floor(WIP), Warehouse, Shipping etc)
• EDI desirable, not essential
• Knowing Business system analyst functions is a plus

Skills

• Ability to create process flows and mapping
• Ability to analyze and suggest problems resolutions
• Work under pressure to achieve goals and objectives
• Proactive, responsive, innovative, good communication

Responsibilities

• Work with the Project manager supporting the Technical part , understanding the requirements
• Help, provide guidance to the requester on the documentation fill out, like processes, evidences
• Analysis and testing in different stages like Internal Testing(SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Conduct trainings and provide support to the business
• Good relationship among all teams involved to provide the solution
• Support before, during and after implementation of the projects
• Support in all areas when an acquisition or new plants happens
