Business Operations Specialist - English - Remote in MX

Inviso supports the customer cloud journey across segments and industries, supporting cloud adoption by bringing together an understanding of a customer’s current IT infrastructure, aligning with business priorities and objectives, and providing subject matter expertise in cloud technologies and services. These pillars help customers understand their current state and develop cloud adoption strategies, extending their capabilities, and empowering their organizations.

Operations roles coordinate multiple aspects of a service’s operational execution, support good project management practices, and provide positive customer and partner experiences. The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing internal program execution, facilitating communication across teams and stakeholders, and delivering regular updates and insights. The role involves owning a range of operational and program coordination tasks, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

Successful applicants will standardize operational intelligence and facilitate improvements to the tracking and streamlining of reporting. Keen attention to detail, strong organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to work with data to derive insight and drive process enhancements will be key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, document, and maintain business process flows, requirements, and policies.
  • Maintain data hygiene and manage input accuracy across systems.
  • Execute day-to-day operational requests with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Work with the Program Lead to report on risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an Operations Specialist/Program Management function.
  • Native English language or C2 level with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-direction, a focus on quality, and the ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact.
  • Demonstrates proactivity and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
  • Experience with spreadsheets, process diagrams, and word processing technologies.
