The Role

Provide administrative and operational support across compliance, contracts, finance, and project coordination to free senior bandwidth for strategic client‑facing activities. We are looking for a full‑time or part‑time team member.

Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Support company operations across compliance, contracts, finance, and people functions.
  • Coordinate document workflows, including signatures, version control, and record organization.
  • Maintain trackers for contracts, policies, and audit evidence to ensure operational readiness.
  • Assist with budgeting, vendor management, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare internal documentation, templates, and client‑facing materials.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and client rollouts.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency across teams.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
