Job Summary

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on generating pipeline and booking meetings with decision-makers in the IT solutions and consulting space. You’ll focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting discovery calls for Account Executives.

If you have a background in B2B tech sales, lead generation, or IT consulting outreach, this role offers a clear pathway to grow into an Account Executive position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls targeting IT Directors, CIOs, and CTOs.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain organized outreach activity using HubSpot CRM and other sales tools.
  • Book and schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Track pipeline metrics, meeting ratios, and conversion data to meet performance targets.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, in IT consulting, cloud solutions, or managed services.
  • Comfortable doing high volume cold calling (100+)
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written). Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts (e.g., cybersecurity, networking, cloud migration).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to handle high-volume outreach.
