Binance is expanding our BNB Chain Business Development Team and looking for Crypto-native Web3 Projects‑enthusiasts to join from anywhere in North America.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage the developer community and VCs to promote BNB Chain as the infrastructure of choice for projects and portfolio companies
• Build and expand a pipeline of both crypto and non‑crypto partners with a goal to increase users and usage of the BNB Chain
• Design and execute marketing and growth strategies for projects and partners to accelerate user expansion
• Develop and drive the implementation of innovative Financial Services strategic use cases on BNB
• Lead speaking engagements and content development for industry events

Requirements

• Professional working experience in the L1 or L2 Web 3 projects space in a Developer Relations or Business Development/ Partnerships role, or coming from a financial services sector with a strong understanding of Web 3
• At least 5 years of experience in defining and locating target markets; strategic thinking to grow user interaction with BNB
• Proven track record of interacting with and advising executive and senior management on strategy for user growth
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, especially in ice‑breaking sales and marketing
• Passionate, ownership, execution oriented, and natural team player
• Business level English
