In this role, you will support the growth of our LATAM operations by managing and expanding relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, market research, and structured follow-up.
This is a business development role —you will NOT design programs, facilitate workshops, or create technical content. Your focus is outreach, relationship building, and commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research across corporate, educational, and professional sectors.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and align them with our solutions portfolio.
- Manage the proposal coordination process : collect requirements, develop value themes, and collaborate with the technical team to produce final proposals.
- Track key trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify emerging opportunities in the LATAM region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service.
- Maintain and organize CRM data, streamline processes, and ensure clean, accurate records for reporting and forecasting.
- Represent the organization in events, virtual sessions, and networking spaces across the region.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure an effective handoff once projects are sold.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, education, HR, psychology, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (B2 / C1 minimum).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience in consultative sales, business development, or relationship-based roles (2–3 years ideal).
- Strong analytical and research skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.).
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Intermediate or advanced Portuguese (preferred for Brazil and Lusophone markets).
- Experience in HR, L&D, education, coaching, or professional development industries.
- Familiarity with emotional intelligence frameworks or Six Seconds' ecosystem (not required—we train internally).
- Ability to build long-term relationships and communicate with senior leaders across sectors.
