Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Business Analytics professional to join our Credit Risk team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing credit performance, identifying risk trends, and providing actionable insights to improve credit policies and portfolio quality. You will collaborate closely with Risk, Data, Product, and Finance teams to design and monitor risk strategies that drive sustainable growth while minimizing losses. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems through data.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in a data-centric or business modeling roles (likely credit, consulting, or banking but we are open to other relevant work experience)
• Expert in SQL with proficiency in Python or another scripting language, with the interest and initiative to learn relevant new technologies and strong motivation to get the numbers right
• Effectiveness in knowing what data or metrics to pull to understand the problem at hand and driving solutions backed by data, continuously monitoring results & iterating
• Someone who is self-motivated, driven, and willing to tackle a problem head-on - has the ability to define what work needs to be done and own their own agenda
• A team player who knows how to communicate effectively, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimize for the entire company
• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Math, or other quantitative discipline
• Fluency in English

Job Responsibilities

• Increase Stori’s business and customer understanding through data analysis & visualization, A/B testing, and statistical modeling
• Monitor & evaluate business performance and tests by pulling data from Amazon Redshift and creating dashboards in Amazon Quicksight
• Define an analysis agenda to produce valuable insights, prioritize and forecast impacts of strategic initiatives or product/feature development, and make strategic recommendations
• Automate data-driven processes to free up time to think about how to drive more value
• Work cross-functionally with other verticals like Product, Finance, Data Science, or Operations to define priorities and implement strategic recommendations
