Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking Business Analyst Trainees for a full-time, training-focused role in Banking and Financial Services.

This entry-level program targets recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn and develop analytical and communication skills. Selected candidates will undergo a 10-week intensive training in Cognizant's Guadalajara office, covering Business Analysis methodologies, banking operations, and credit card/payments systems

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst Trainees who are eager to build a career in Business Analysis within the Banking and Financial Services domain. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who possess strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn functional business concepts.

Selected candidates will undergo an intensive training program focused on Business Analysis methodologies, banking operations, credit card/payment systems, and industry best practices before being considered for project opportunities. (Training of 10 weeks in Cognizant office in Guadalajara)

Key Responsibilities

Participate in a structured Business Analyst training program.

Learn Business Analysis fundamentals, including requirement gathering, documentation, process analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Understand banking, payments, and credit card business processes.

Assist in documenting business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.

Support process mapping, data analysis, and business documentation activities.

Collaborate with trainers, mentors, and team members throughout the learning program.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Eagerness to learn Business Analysis methodologies and functional business concepts.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Willingness to attend onsite training in Guadalajara.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts or SDLC.

Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or Credit Card domain.

Familiarity with requirement documentation, process flows, or data analysis through academic projects or internships.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
