Job summary

Qualifications

• ><span>Must have: Scrum, Business Analysis, Agile delivery experience; FinTech exposure; strong documentation and requirements skills; 5+ years in role.</span>
• <span>Collaborative, analytical mindset with ability to map processes and present clear insights.</span>
• <span>Experience with Jira and Power BI is preferred.</span>
