Trimble Inc. is seeking an Architect of Seamless Global Delivery: Salesforce Fulfillment Business Analyst / Admin to own end-to-end fulfillment in a global tech environment.

You will architect integrations between Salesforce, middleware, and entitlement systems, translating complex business requirements into reliable, scalable solutions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years on the Salesforce platform with CPQ/Sales Cloud expertise, plus proficiency in API integrations and data modeling.

This position offers the unique opportunity to own the end-to-end software fulfillment lifecycle within a global tech leader, moving beyond basic administration to architecting complex integrations between Salesforce, middleware, and entitlement systems. Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and document advanced solutions for Salesforce Order Management and fulfillment to meet evolving business needs.
• Lead the translation of complex requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring integrated solutions move from design to functional application.
• Orchestrate sophisticated integrations using REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with third-party platforms and middleware.
• Provide expert system administration for customized applications, managing complex security settings, custom objects, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to facilitate rapid, proactive responses to changing project objectives and global goals.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience working on the Salesforce platform with a focus on fulfillment process implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing, and quote-to-order processes.
• Proven technical proficiency with Flow, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, and Advanced Approvals.
• SQL / SOQL experience
• Demonstrated experience in SFDC integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Bonus Points For

• Active Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Platform Developer).
• Experience working within the middleware and entitlement systems space.
• Strong tolerance for ambiguity and a creative problem-solving mindset.
