Qualifications

• Experience in design through coursework, internships, freelance work, or personal projects.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (PS/AI/InDesign); familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing visual design across emails, in-app experiences, landing pages, and web assets.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and composition.
• Collaboration and communication skills with the ability to iterate quickly on feedback.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality output.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
• Education: pursuing or recently completed a Graphic Design degree or equivalent via portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience using Claude or similar large language model tools.

Responsibilities

• Visual branding: maintain consistent branding across channels.
• Creative design: craft graphics for marketing, in-app banners, emails, landing pages, decks.
• Collaboration: work with creative, marketing, and product teams to meet goals and timelines.
• Innovation: stay up-to-date with design trends and AI tools to push creative boundaries.
• Project management: manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, on time.
• Brand storytelling: translate complex ideas into visuals that tell a compelling story.
