In this role, your primary focus is to coordinate the team. Your question every morning should be: How can I best organize the team? You are expected to simplify and organize work for everyone by defining deadlines, priorities, assigning tasks and responsibilities. You ensure brand objectives are met, by managing everyone’s energy, as well as your own, in a healthy and responsible manner. You work cross‑functionally with various teams, clients, suppliers, the Operations Team, possibly other Brand Executives, Brand Leaders and Partners. You are the go‑to person at all times along the journey. People will seek you out when they have questions on deadlines and priorities. In most agencies this position is called Account Manager. We believe that is a cold name for your role and it reflects a work culture focused on transactions where a brand is treated as an account. We rather treat a brand as a brand.
