UTOPIA is seeking a skilled architect to join our design team focused on boutique hospitality assets. The role emphasizes early design stages, design research, and developing sketches across RIBA stages.

You will collaborate with interior designers, CGI artists, MEP, engineers, and clients, report to a lead project architect, and work remotely in CET/UK hours. Portfolio is required, and visa sponsorship is not provided.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 7–10 years of architectural design experience.
• Experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Fluent English, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Work on high-end hospitality projects as a design architect.
• Conduct feasibility studies, volumetric proposals, area calculations, and land plot analyses.
• Interpret the design brief and collaborate with client representatives to achieve the best results.
• Perform design research and create presentations, mood boards, and reference materials.
• Generate architectural ideas and sketches, and conduct research on references and mood boards.
• Execute concept design development, including massing proposals and volumetric studies.
• Develop layouts, models in Revit, and inputs for the CGI team.
• Refine layouts through schematic and detailed design stages.
• Collaborate with in-house structural and MEP teams and the Architect of Record.
• Support FF&E procurement with quantity calculations and material research.
• Mentor junior team members and BIM modelers.
