Intugo and its client companies seek a Senior Associate Bookkeeper to support U.S. accounting operations under U.S. GAAP.

The role requires 1–3 years of bookkeeping experience and a strong command of English. On-site in Mexico, you will handle GL maintenance, reconciliations, and AP/AR processing, liaising with U.S.-based CPA firms. Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero is preferred, with responsibilities including month-end close support and accurate financial record-keeping.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience supporting U.S. clients or CPA firms.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles (GAAP).
• Experience using QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
• Intermediate-Advanced to Advanced English proficiency.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Senior Associate Bookkeeper with experience supporting U.S. accounting operations and a strong understanding of financial processes under U.S. GAAP standards.

Key Responsabilities

• Maintain and manage general ledger accounts and financial records.
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
• Communicate with internal teams and U.S.-based CPA firms regarding financial data.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP standards and accounting procedures.
