Placements24 in Saltillo, Coahuila, is seeking a Technical Architect with strong BIM expertise to lead coordination across architecture, structure, and MEP. You will establish BIM standards, manage federated models, and drive clash detection to ensure accurate construction planning.

You will train project teams, collaborate with contractors, generate BIM reports, and stay ahead of new BIM tools. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in BIM coordination are expected; Saltillo experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' BIM coordination and architectural design experience.
• Expert proficiency with BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Strong knowledge of construction docs and codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans.
• Create and manage federated BIM models across disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts before construction.
