Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of Revit and BIM coordination on architectural projects.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Strong Navisworks experience for clash detection and coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Revit models for architectural designs.
• Coordinate BIM models with structural, MEP, and civil disciplines.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve clashes.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
• Generate construction documentation, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Provide technical support and training on Revit and BIM practices.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and client expectations.
