A remote service provider is seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist to manage customer invoicing and collections. The role requires strong experience with tools like QuickBooks and Square App, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. About The Role

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive with follow-ups, and experienced in using tools like QuickBooks, Square App, Basecamp, and Google Workspace to ensure efficient billing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and send invoices using Square App and QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Track payments, manage customer collections, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate financial and customer records in HubSpot and update payment statuses.
  • Reconcile accounts, process refunds, and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing and communication processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on collections, outstanding invoices, and payment trends.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience with Basecamp, Square App, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace (mandatory)
