A remote legal support company is seeking a Bilingual Virtual Receptionist to assist a US-based Law Practice. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. Prior experience in customer service is preferred. This remote role requires reliable internet, a laptop, and a good quality headset.

We are seeking Bilingual Virtual Receptionists to support a US-based Law Practice. Prior experience in the legal field is preferred but not required. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and feel comfortable thinking, speaking, and switching between both languages seamlessly.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive client experience. Your focus should be to ensure every caller feels comfortable, guided, and well-informed. In this role, you will handle a variety of receptionist and administrative tasks for the practice.

PLEASE NOTE: Applications and Resumes must be submitted in English. Submissions in Spanish will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, redirect calls, or take detailed messages as needed.
  • Respond to client inquiries and assist in resolving concerns or complaints.
  • Gather and record the required information from callers.
  • Prepare and manage outgoing mail.
  • Organize, sort, and forward emails.
  • Update and maintain records and files.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support for the business.
What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate naturally and professionally in both.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, or client-facing roles. (Legal experience is a plus, but not required.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
  • Comfortable gathering information, taking accurate messages, and relaying detailed information to clients or staff.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with common online platforms, virtual collaboration tools, and email communication.
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple calls, tasks, or requests at once.
  • Professional, adaptable, and solutions-focused, especially when handling client concerns.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday (US Time Zones)
