Shiji Group in Mexico seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee software delivery projects from conception to completion, ensuring they stay on budget, on time, and meet stakeholder expectations. You’ll collaborate with sales, implementation, product, finance, and customers to align goals.

You’ll hold a bachelor’s degree, have at least three years of PM experience, be bilingual (English and Spanish), and know hospitality tech (POS/PMS/payments).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a project manager in the software delivery or technology sector.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages.
• Working knowledge of hospitality products; POS, PMS, payments, or other hospitality tech.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Thorough knowledge and experience in project management tracking and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration across levels.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technology, products, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with the sales organization on the handover of contracted projects.
• Create project plans outlining scope, budget, and schedule to achieve success.
• Communicate project plans to internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute change control and manage escalations as they arise.
• Provide project reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Participate in project review meetings.
• Develop strong customer relationships through high-quality service and communication.
