A leading telecommunications company in Mexico is hiring a Bilingual Senior Customer Care & Collections Representative. The role involves providing excellent service, educating customers, and resolving billing issues. Candidates must have advanced English fluency and at least a year of relevant experience. Delivering best-in-class service is just the beginning. As Bilingual Senior Customer Care & Collections Representative, you’ll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to keeping our customers connected.
You will work with client's designated program administrator to provide quality service and support to ensure service solutions meet business customer needs in all financial care competencies: post-sale customer education on wireless and wireline service, problem solving, providing customers an opportunity to establish payment commitments and assisting to reach the financial goals of the company. You will also be developing, coordinating, and monitoring the deployment and success of service solutions and provides status updates to the business client and Sales Branch based on shared expectations.

Monthly Base Salary: MXN$24,000. (before Taxes)
Monthly Grocery vouchers MXN $1,583 every 14 days
Monthly Restaurant vouchers MXN $1,267 every 14 days

You will be required to attend 100% of your Training at the Office (between 1-3 months). During your 90 days trial period you will not be authorized to request vacation or personal days off.
This is NOT a Work from Home role, you need to work in our office 100% of the time.
Schedules are based on performance, seniority, and the operating hours of your site. This position requires you to be available to train/work 40 hours per week during operation hours Monday to Friday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays) - WEEKENDS OFF
