SGI Global LLC in Mexico City seeks a fluent Spanish-speaking Program Assistant to support the INL in Mexico. The role requires professional administrative support to work with the U.S.

Foreign Assistance Program for Mexico, including travel to other locations. Responsibilities include analyzing program and training requirements, coordinating with host national counterparts, processing vetting requests, travel logistics, funding, purchasing supplies, coordinating with travel providers, and

Formación

• Mexican citizenship or valid resident status.
• Experience in administrative roles in professional settings.
• Ability to pass a U.S. Embassy background check.
• Experience drafting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Responsabilidades

• Located in Mexico City; travel to other locations may be required.
• Analyzes and anticipates program and training event requirements; coordinates with host national counterparts.
• Prepares vetting requests, travel logistics, funding processes, and purchases of supplies and equipment.
• Assists INL to coordinate with travel and logistics providers.
• Assists with project execution and coordination.
• Assists with supplies purchases and other general business responsibilities.
• Greets and assists visitors; manages VIP badges; schedules conference rooms for meetings.
• Performs financial data entry as required.

Conocimientos

Spanish (FSI 4/4)

English (FSI 3/3)

MS Office

Educación

Bachelor's degree in international relations, criminal justice, law enforcement, social sciences

Associate degree with five years related experience

Ten years related experience in justice/law enforcement/public administration
