SGI Global LLC in Mexico City seeks a Program Analyst - UAS to support the Department of State, INL, in implementing professionalization and capacity-building projects for criminal justice authorities.

The role requires UAS experience, security background clearance readiness, and travel across Mexico and beyond. A strong background in international relations or public policy and proficiency in English and Spanish are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent with relevant field experience.
• Five+ years overall experience; 3+ years in professional setting related to law enforcement or international affairs.
• Experience with UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems).
• Ability to pass U.S. Embassy security background check.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate implementation of law enforcement professionalization and capacity-building projects.
• Assist and advise on planning, monitoring, and evaluating projects for criminal justice authorities.
• Travel to Mexico, the United States, and other countries as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned per INL profile requirements.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in international relations, law enforcement, public policy, criminal justice, social sciences, or related field

Associate degree with five years related experience

Ten years of related experience in justice sector / international development / public administration

English proficiency (FSI level 3 - B2)

Program Analyst - UAS

SGI Global LLC is seeking fluent English speaking a Program Analyst - UAS to support the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) in Mexico City, which requires professional and administrative support services to work with the U.S. Foreign Assistance Program to Mexico.

Qualifications:

• Mexican Citizen or Third Country National.
• Spanish FSI level 4 (Native)
• English FSI level 3 (B2)
• Bachelor's degree in international relations, law enforcement, public policy, criminal justice, social sciences, or related field or associate degree with five (5) years related experience from an accredited institution or; ten (10) years of related experience in the justice sector, law enforcement, international development, international affairs, or public administration.
• A combination of five (5) years of experience in program management, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a professional setting related to law enforcement, managing law enforcement support and training projects or program management.
• Experience working with UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems)
• Ability to pass a U.S. Embassy RSO security background check.
• Ability to deal effectively with senior U.S. and GOM officials.
• Experience in drafting and authoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Duties:

• The position is located in Mexico City. Travel to other locations in Mexico, the United States and other countries may be required.
• Coordinates the implementation of law enforcement professionalization and capacity-building projects for criminal justice authorities which could include prosecutors, analysts, investigators, and police, and corrections officials.
• Assists and advises INL's Program Officers on assessing, planning, monitoring law enforcement professionalization projects for criminal justice authorities which could include prosecutors, analysts, investigators, police, and corrections officials.
