jobr.pro is seeking a Specialist for Program Business Solutions and Analysis based in Mexico City. This role is pivotal in bridging end users and technical solutions, focusing on developing strong relationships with staff in WWF-US Country Offices. Candidates must have expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, with a proven ability to support both English and Spanish-speaking users.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in business intelligence and is comfortable with user engagement and training. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work within international teams are essential for this role.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence/reporting roles.
• Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance and cross-system integration desired.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with HQ Program Operations and Country Office staff to understand reporting requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Provide ongoing user support for report navigation and interpretation.
