Nielsen is seeking a Panel Recruitment Coordinator II for a Hybrid role responsible for phone recruitment, data gathering, and panel installations for Nielsen ratings.

You will engage households, meet targets, maintain a home office with high-speed internet, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Fluent English and Spanish, high school diploma, and 1+ year of negotiation and customer service are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• 1+ year of experience in negotiation and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit households for Nielsen ratings panels via phone.
• Conduct interviews, gather data, and schedule installations.
• Meet performance targets and quality standards.
• Resolve objections and build rapport with households.
• Maintain a home office with high-speed internet (80mbps/10mbps).
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
