Concentrix is seeking a Lead Mobile Developer - Bilingual to drive mobile strategy and deliver high-quality experiences across iOS and Android. You will architect, implement, and guide a React Native-based stack while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product, UX, QA, backend, and ops teams.

The role requires 12+ years IT experience, 5+ in mobile, and bilingual English/Spanish. You’ll own scalable engineering practices, build reusable components, and ensure performance and reliability

Formación

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in mobile development.
• 4+ years using React Native.
• Ability to lead architecture decisions and mentor team.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• Architecture and Development: Lead the design and hands-on delivery of mobile applications using React Native.
• Multi-Brand Strategy: Architect mobile experiences for multiple brands while ensuring consistency.
• Engineering Excellence: Define coding standards, patterns, and governance.
