Concentrix is seeking a Lead Mobile Developer to architect and deliver high-quality mobile experiences across multiple brands. You will lead hands-on development with React Native and collaborate with product, UX, QA, backend, and business stakeholders to translate brand needs into scalable applications.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in IT, 5+ years in mobile, and strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in mobile development.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication.

Responsabilidades

• Architecture and Development: Lead the design and hands-on delivery of mobile applications using React Native.
• Multi-Brand Strategy: Architect mobile experiences for multiple restaurant brands.
• Engineering Excellence: Define and implement coding standards and development best practices.
• Reusable Components: Drive the development of reusable modules and shared frameworks.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers and guide the technical direction of the team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, QA, and backend teams in an agile environment.
• Performance and Quality: Monitor and improve performance, stability, and reliability.
