Job summary

ERM Mexico City is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead and execute complex EHS audits for national and international clients across diverse sectors. The role combines fieldwork, technical reporting, project management, and client engagement to drive operational sustainability.

The candidate will mentor junior auditors, manage multiple projects, and contribute to business development within the Sustainable Operations team. Fluent English and 50% fieldwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering / environmental science / occupational health & safety).
• 7–10 years of experience conducting EHS audits in industrial or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Experience leading complex audit projects and reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute EHS compliance, management system, and auditing projects.
• Assess compliance with Mexican regulations and international standards.
• Plan and conduct site audits, interviews, and document reviews.
• Develop technical reports, findings, risk evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Manage multiple projects with quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Build client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Support business development and mentor junior team members.
