Wing Assistant is looking for a bilingual Executive Assistant & Founders Associate based in LATAM to support the founder of a cutting-edge AI company. This unique hybrid role involves managing executive correspondence, scheduling complex meetings, and reviewing contracts.

Successful candidates will exhibit strong autonomy, proven experience in startups, and exceptional written communication skills in English. The position offers 100% remote work and competitive pay ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 biweekly.

Formación

• Exceptional professional verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to write high-caliber, human text without AI assistance.
• Prior experience in supporting executives or working in Tech/AI startups.
• Strong skills in reviewing legal documents and managing contracts.
• High level of independence and accountability in task execution.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbox and communication with C-suite executives.
• Oversee scheduling and follow up on business deals.
• Review contracts and assist in closing agreements.
• Manage invoices and billing through Stripe.
• Create high-quality business presentations and organize workflows.
