Job summary

Remoto Workforce is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support English- and Spanish-speaking customers in a US healthcare contact center. This remote role is based in Mexico, with training during the first 3–4 weeks from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CDMX time.

Strong communication and the ability to learn new systems quickly are essential. You will assist customers, provide accurate information, navigate computer systems, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of call center experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong computer skills and communication abilities.
