Monks is seeking a data team professional to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will design, streamline, and manage dashboards, reports, and data products, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support smarter decision‑making across the company.

You will build dashboards, manage the data backlog, and surface insights from large datasets while ensuring data quality and efficient pipelines. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance or related analytical field.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Looker Studio / Data Studio).
• Ability to translate data into compelling stories for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards that help teams evaluate project and business performance.
• Manage the data team backlog, acting as project manager for ongoing initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets to detect trends, identify anomalies, and surface actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to offer analytical support and guide data-informed decisions.
• Maintain and improve data pipelines using integration tools across multiple platforms.
• Develop and deliver clear data visualizations and spreadsheets tailored for different audiences.
• Monitor for data quality issues and proactively propose solutions.
• Drive process improvements that enhance the efficiency and value of the data function.
