BMW Group’s BMW Financial Services seeks a Business Intelligence Trainee to support regional BI with analytics, reporting, and AI-driven initiatives. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into insights and contribute to digital transformation.

You should have a BS in a STEM field, up to 2 years in analytics or related roles, and skills in Python, SQL, and BI tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or related.
• Up to 2 years of analytics/AI or digital transformation experience.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and visualization.

Responsabilidades

• Support BI, analytics, and AI initiatives across the company.
• Develop dashboards and reports to inform stakeholders.
• Analyze business and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Assist in data collection, cleansing, and quality assurance.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for data projects.
• Participate in model testing, validation, and documentation.
• Explore AI use cases and automation opportunities.
