Coca-Cola HBC Mexico seeks an experienced manufacturing engineer to help build best‑in‑class operating practices across beverage production lines. You will study processes, lead maintenance strategy, and collaborate with Quality, Safety, Purchasing, Legal, and Plant teams to improve efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing/maintenance in advanced processing environments, with strong Lean, SPC, and CAPEX experience to improve asset availability and

Formación

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline; equivalent work experience considered.
5+ years of manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance experience in advanced processing environments.
Proven technical expertise in processes and/or machinery utilized in the beverage industry.
Expertise in analyzing line performance to pinpoint operational opportunities to prioritize resource allocation.
Demonstrated ability to develop or improve shop floor control, work measurement, and quality measurement processes and systems
Experience in developing Lean factory workflows and layouts
Experience with multi-machinery manufacturing methods and materials technology
Understanding of machine/process capability and statistical process control
Advanced skills in project management tools, methods, and applications
Understanding of CAPEX investment processes

Responsabilidades

Track production losses, maintenance costs, and recurrent failures to reduce losses and failures.
Manage risk to achieve strategic objectives in EH&S, asset capability, quality, and production.
Evaluate total cost of ownership of assets and suggest improvements.
Lead capital plan development and align with Plant/Region/Brand priorities.
Collaborate with Quality, Safety, Environment, Purchasing, Legal, and others for successful project execution.
Develop and implement strategic improvement opportunities based on business knowledge.
Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and testing methods and equipment.
Improve efficiency by planning workflow, space, and equipment layout.
Evaluate current and future processes through research and vendor collaboration.
