We’re looking for a Graduate Functional Banking Consultant to join our Qaracter Academy, where you’ll get hands‑on experience with banking products, processes, and client projects, supported by an expert team.

What you’ll do:

• Learn the ins and outs of banking products and operations.
• You will specialize in the Murex platform, Front to Back Office functions.
• Front Office: understanding of financial conventions, evaluation of mathematical models with interpolations and probability density.
• Middle Office: analysis of sensitivities using partial derivatives and market stress scenarios, supported by statistical analysis.
• Back Office: understanding of accounting, payment workflows, and messaging.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional solutions.
• Participate in real projects that impact financial processes.
• Collaborate with tech and business teams while receiving mentorship from experienced consultants.

What we’re looking for:

• Recent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• High Interest in financial markets and trading and risk management software.
• Analytical skills to understand mathematical models and market data.
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments and trading conventions.
• Solid mathematical knowledge (e.g., interpolation, probability)
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn banking processes and high communication / client‑facing skills.
• B2+/C1 English Level (Advanced)
