Natura is seeking general helpers for its Celaya, Mexico plant to support daily manufacturing operations and product distribution of cosmetics and personal care items.

The role focuses on operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring smooth production, and promptly reporting any faults. This temporary cover position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-being ecosystem across Latin America.

Formación

• Knowledge of distribution workflows.
• Ability to operate manufacturing machinery.
• Experience with autonomous maintenance practices.
• Ability to detect faults and report them clearly.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily manufacturing operations at the Celaya plant.
• Assist in product distribution processes for cosmetics and personal care items.
• Operate and monitor machinery as required.
• Identify faults or maintenance needs and report promptly.
• Follow technical documentation for standard operating procedures.
