Citi in Torreón, Mexico is seeking an entry-level Cash and Trade Processing Representative to handle cash and trade operations under the Transaction Services team. You will process payments, receivables, liquidity flows and card activity, while ensuring accuracy and audit compliance.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience and a high school diploma, with on-site work from 7 am to 3 pm. Training and mentoring are part of the responsibilities, along with strict security practices and inventory

• Monitor and report errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies.
• Follow procedures and controls required for custody accounts.
• Provide feedback on project related activities.

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 4 is an entry level role responsible for the processing of all regular, restricted and legal transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Process client and firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
• Provide instructions for a variety of tasks, including receipts and authentication, processing and recording, and reporting and reconciliation
• Perform cash management operations, including cash handling, check processing, return items and lock-box operations
• Participate in UAT, implementation, and assist with training new team members including training initiatives as required
• Monitor and report errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies
• Follow procedures and controls required for custody accounts
• Provide feedback on project related activities

El principal rol de este puesto es realizar la dotación del efectivo a Banco de México y bancos usuarios, será responsable de trasladar el efectivo dentro de la bóveda.

Requisitos:

• Certificado de Bachillerato
• Entre 1 a 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares
• Debe haber laborado en carga y descarga de algún producto
• Deseable haber laborado en almacén o traslado de valores
• Conocimiento deseable en inventarios y/o PEPS
• Conocimiento deseable en el sector bancario
• Manejo de computadora Excel y Word intermedio y deseable sistemas bancarios

Funciones:

• Manejo de Efectivo a Mayor Escala
• Carga y descarga de bultos de efectivo
• Recepción del efectivo
• Aplicar las medidas de seguridad pertinentes para el control del efectivo.
• Atención a las Inspecciones de inventarios físicos de Banco de México.
• Garantizar el servicio que otorga la corresponsalía de Banco de México en el CPAE de Torreón, Coahuila, en coherencia con los procesos establecidos internamente y la infraestructura de apoyo de operaciones de Banamex
• Vigilar el apego a los procesos, realizar el programa de capacitación para garantizar el cumplimiento de los controles
• Evaluar correctamente el riesgo en la toma de decisión

Horario de 7 am a 3 pm
