Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a versatile software engineer in Mexico with strong backend expertise and experience across the full tech stack. The role emphasizes designing and implementing REST and GraphQL services in Java/Spring Boot, while collaborating on system designs and integrations.

You will mentor colleagues, conduct code reviews, and drive initiatives to improve end-user productivity. A strong CS foundation and secure coding practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience across frontend, backend, data engineering, devops, and support.
• Back-end expert with REST/GraphQL services on Java/Spring Boot.
• Exposure to system design and integrations with other components/systems.
• Master CS fundamentals—time/space complexity analysis.
• Leads and reviews code; mentors engineers.
• Drives end user productivity improvements.
• Familiar with security coding practices and secure system fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS.
• Familiar with CI/CD methodologies and tooling.
• Proficient in an OOP language.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with engineers on design best practices.
