The Adecco Group is seeking a skilled software engineer in Mexico with strong backend focus and full-stack awareness. You will design, develop, and deliver services using Java and Spring Boot, including REST and GraphQL APIs, while collaborating across teams in an Agile environment.

You will mentor others, contribute to system design, and drive cloud-related improvements with a security-conscious mindset and strong CS fundamentals.

Formación

• Experience across frontend, backend, data engineering, devops and support.
• Backend expert with Rest/GraphQL services in Java/Spring Boot.
• Exposure to system design and integration thinking.
• Strong CS fundamentals: time and space complexity analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and collaborate with engineers on design best practices and code reviews.
• Drive end-user experience improvements and productivity initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Create and evaluate feature designs and contribute to technical specs.
• Design, develop, and implement software in an Agile cycle.
• Mentor teammates and elevate technical knowledge across domains.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cloud concepts, integrations, and security basics.
