Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience in Front Sales B2B negotiation or Dealer Agreements.
  • Strong proficiency in Business Intelligence tools: Advanced Excel skills / Power BI or Tableau.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in the aftersales automotive industry is desirable.
  • Project Management (PMP or similar) desirable.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (80% annually).

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the evaluation of wholesaler operations translating data‑driven insights into concrete business opportunities.
  • Coordinate the rollout of product line strategies for effective execution.
  • Track and analyze commodities performance recommending actions.
  • Design and monitor sales performance programs customized to wholesaler needs.
  • Build strategic relationships with wholesalers.
  • Negotiate business conditions optimizing profitability.
  • Anticipate risks and address them with agile solutions.
  • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives across functions.
