As part of Aftersales business, the B2B Sales Account Specialist (Wholesales) is responsible for driving sustainable growth and profitability through the strategic management of wholesaler operations.

The position focuses on designing and executing initiatives that enhance competitiveness of parts, evaluating performance across product lines, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

A Typical Day at Nissan
  • Lead the evaluation of wholesaler operations, translating data-driven insights into concrete business opportunities that drive growth.
  • Coordinate the rollout of product line strategies, ensuring full alignment between internal stakeholders and wholesalers for effective execution.
  • Track and analyze commodities performance, recommending and implementing actions that secure Nissan’s competitive position in the market.
  • Design, implement, and monitor sales performance programs customized to wholesaler needs, ensuring measurable impact on volume and retention.
  • Build, strengthen, and sustain strategic relationships with wholesalers, establishing a foundation of trust and collaboration for long-term business continuity.
  • Negotiate business conditions that optimize profitability, securing a balanced approach that protects both wholesaler and Nissan financial interests.
  • Anticipate risks, market shifts, or performance gaps, addressing them with agility and adaptable solutions to maintain operational stability.
  • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives by challenging internal teams to act decisively on identified gaps, fostering accountability across functions, and embedding best practices that elevate client experience.
Professional Profile We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience: Front Sales, B2B negotiation, or Dealer Agreements.
  • Strong proficiency in Business Intelligence tools: Advanced Excel skills / Power BI or Tableau.
  • Intermediate Proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in aftersales automotive industry is desirable.
  • Project Management (PMP or similar) desirable.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (80% annually).
