We’re Hiring: B2B Project Manager (Remote – LATAM)

Full‑time | Reports to CEO | E‑commerce & Consumer Brands

Our client, a fast‑growing e‑commerce company with multiple DTC and subscription brands in the pet space, is looking for a Project Manager with wholesale/B2B experience to lead the execution of high‑impact initiatives across their retail and distribution channels.

This is a remote role for someone based in Latin America or similar time zones who thrives in fast‑paced environments, understands the dynamics of wholesale/B2B operations, and loves turning strategy into action.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage projects on the Wholesale (B2B) side of the business, coordinating with retailers and distribution partners.
  • Oversee deliverables such as price lists, sell sheets, EDI systems, and trade allowances.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timelines and project outcomes are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders, retail partners, and external vendors.
  • Lead timelines and go‑to‑market efforts for new wholesale launches, aligning sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Collaborate with design/creative teams to ensure assets meet retailer standards.
  • Track and report progress, making sure projects are fully closed (feedback → revisions → final launch).
  • Implement and optimize workflows in tools like ClickUp or Airtable.
  • Partner with finance and analytics teams to understand wholesale performance and align priorities.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
  • 4–6+ years of project management experience, ideally in e‑commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Familiarity with wholesale processes: price lists, EDI, trade allowances, sell sheets.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills — you keep everyone aligned and accountable.
  • Experience driving projects from start to final delivery, not just “marking done.”
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, scaling environments.
  • Tools: ClickUp, Airtable, Slack, Shopify, Google Workspace (experience with wholesale systems a plus).
