Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an Azure Red Hat OpenShift / Linux Engineer (5-10 years) to help customers modernize cloud-native environments. The role spans advisory work on OpenShift and Red Hat, hands-on Linux administration, and running workshops with both technical and business stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, RHEL, containers, Docker, Helm, CI/CD, and automation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Linux, container platforms, or cloud infra.
• Advanced English communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to deliver training and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor across OpenShift, Red Hat administration, and security.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex issues through telemetry, log analysis, and root-cause investigations.
• Develop remediation recommendations based on technical findings and business impact.
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption activities, and service lifecycle management.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Linux, container platforms, cloud infrastructure, or related technologies.
• Advanced English communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven experience delivering technical training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Hands-on expertise in:
