Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an Azure Red Hat OpenShift / Linux Senior Architect with 15+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience. You will advise clients, lead workshops, and drive modernization of OpenShift environments while collaborating with engineering, security, and delivery teams.

The role spans architecture, implementation guidance, and evaluation of platform health, security posture, and operational readiness across cloud-native stacks.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Linux administration, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related technologies.
• Advanced English communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven ability to deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Hands-on expertise in: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Containers, Docker, Helm, CI/CD, Networking, Monitoring, Automation.
• Experience with Linux administration and containerized environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor across OpenShift, Linux Administration, Identity, and Security.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex issues through telemetry, log analysis, and root-cause investigations.
• Develop prioritized remediation and optimization recommendations based on technical findings and business impact.
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle management activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery, security, and business teams to achieve customer success.

Join Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Azure Red Hat OpenShift / Linux Senior Architect with 15+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, container platforms, Linux administration, and cloud-native technologies. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer advisory responsibilities to help organizations optimize, modernize, and secure their OpenShift environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor across OpenShift, Linux Administration, Identity, and Security.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex issues through telemetry, log analysis, and root-cause investigations.
• Develop prioritized remediation and optimization recommendations based on technical findings and business impact.
