LTM is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company seeking an experienced Azure Solutions Architect in Mexico. You will lead design and delivery of Azure-based solutions, guiding large-scale migration programs with clients and technical teams.

The role requires 13+ years in IT, 5+ years in Azure migrations, and experience leading technical teams. You will drive secure, compliant architectures and 24x7 support readiness in a dynamic environment.

Formación

13+ years of IT experience.
At least 5 years with Azure (Infrastructure & Database Migration).
Experience leading small technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Responsabilidades

Lead the design of Azure cloud architecture for migration projects.
Assess existing infrastructure and databases using Azure Migrate.
Design and implement Azure Landing Zones (networking, security, governance).
Create solution architecture documents (HLD/LLD), costing, and licensing strategies.
Execute end-to-end migrations (infrastructure and databases) using DMS and DMA.
Design high availability and disaster recovery solutions for SQL Server (Always On, FCI).
Ensure security, compliance, and governance using Azure policies and Key Vault.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Troubleshoot complex issues across Azure, Windows, and SQL Server environments.
Willingness to support 24x7 or shift-based operations.
