LTM in Mexico is seeking an experienced Azure Application Modernization Lead to drive large-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives across enterprise customers.
You will architect Azure Landing Zones, lead modernization strategies, and oversee containerization with Kubernetes, IIS hosting, and Azure PaaS deployments.

Qualifications
- 11+ years in software development, modernization, and cloud migrations.
- Strong experience with Azure PaaS hosting.
- Hands-on IIS configuration and hosting.
- Expertise in containerization and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in application performance optimization.
- Knowledge of migration strategies, dependencies, and modernization frameworks.
- Experience with database connectivity and integration patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead modernization and cloud migration programs for enterprise customers.
- Assess architectures and define modernization strategies.
- Architect Azure Landing Zones and target-state cloud solutions.
- Analyze dependencies, integrations, and migration paths.
- Containerize apps and oversee Kubernetes deployments.
- Conduct performance assessments before and after migrations.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, DevOps, Integration, and Data Platform teams to ensure cloud adoption aligns with industry best practices.
- Engage with client stakeholders to present solutions and drive transformation outcomes.
