Convergys is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team in Mexico City. You will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and optimize Azure cloud resources.

Collaborating with development teams, you will monitor performance, enforce security best practices, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure reliability and uptime.

Formación

• Advanced/Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional DevOps/SRE experience in cloud environments.
• Hands-on CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Extensive Azure cloud services and infrastructure experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes proficiency for containerized deployments.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring/logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
• Git-based workflows (GitHub/GitLab) and IaC (Terraform).
• Networking and security fundamentals; VNet, DNS, LB, firewalls.
• Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and on-call readiness.
