EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to lead cloud-native modernization of a hydraulic modeling platform on AWS from Mexico.

You will design end-to-end architectures, implement scalable EC2 execution environments, and orchestrate parallel workflows with AWS Batch. You will collaborate with technical stakeholders, build data pipelines from Redshift, and mentor consultants on modernization patterns, cloud-native integration, and best practices, ensuring production-quality

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in solution architecture for cloud modernization on AWS.
• Experience with EC2 and scalable execution environments.
• Hands-on with AWS Batch for parallel processing and AWS Step Functions for automation.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift and data integration from curated layers.
• Strong system design and end-to-end architecture ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for cloud-native modernization workstream.
• Design scalable model execution environments on AWS EC2 and orchestration approaches.
• Implement parallel model execution using AWS Batch and scalable compute capacity.
• Build automated scenario triggering and workflow orchestration using AWS Step Functions.
• Integrate event-driven automation where applicable using Amazon EventBridge.
• Develop integration interfaces and APIs to connect simulation tools with the data platform.
• Modernize legacy workflows to improve automation and throughput.
• Produce technical documentation and maintain compliance and delivery artifacts.
• Mentor consultants on cloud-native development and modernization patterns.
