Job summary

Monks, the global, digital-first agency, seeks a skilled Video Editor with AI-driven content experience to join our social assets team in Mexico City. You will deliver high volumes of assets on deadline, create motion templates, and oversee end-to-end production of digital content for fashion-focused campaigns.

You will collaborate with the Social Media and AI teams to adapt visuals for multiple platforms, maintaining brand consistency and crafting ideas for social content in real time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in advertising or production in a multimedia role.
• Experience with AI-driven content production for social media.
• Strong video editing and motion design skills.
• Proficiency with Premiere, After Effects, Lottie, and AI tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload across accounts.
• Solid experience in social media, calendar management, and asset production.
• Deep understanding of social formats across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.
• Ability to visualize creative campaigns for fashion-focused ecommerce.

In this role you will

• Deliver a high volume of assets on the agreed dates to achieve goals.
• Generate motion and premier templates for asset production at scale.
• Overseeing the end-to-end production of digital assets.
• Be able to adapt existing brand visuals or develop new ones.
• Have the ability to adapt ideas for social media in real time.
• Work hand to hand with the Social Media Team and AI technical team to provide ideas for the asset production.

Qualification Requirements

• +2 years experience working in the advertising or production industry in a Multimedia Role.
• Knowledge and experience in AI-driven content production for social media.
• Strong Video editing and motion design skills.
• Tooling: Premiere, AE, Lottie, AI tools.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines, manage between accounts and the corresponding teams.
• Strong experience in social media, creative calendar management, and asset production.
• Social first ideas: deep understanding of digital platforms and social formats (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and YT).
• Visualization of creative campaigns for a fashion focused ecommerce platform.

Nice to have

• Intermediate English, both spoken and written.
• A strong inclination and passion for e-commerce, fashion and beauty industries.
