ALTEN México is seeking a Project Quality Specialist Mid to develop and execute standardization of manufacturing quality enablers. You will solve problems creatively, drive cross-functional collaboration, and support senior leadership in quality initiatives.

The role requires a Mechanical/Electrical/Aerospace engineering background and 2+ years of experience in automotive quality. A lean organization experience and cross-functional project management are valued. Hybrid work setup offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace/Aeronautical).
• 2+ years of EXP.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams in automotive quality.

• Perform root cause analysis of quality issues.
