Job summary

ALTEN México is seeking a Senior Automation Tester to join a 600+ professional team. Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests to ensure software quality across automotive, energy, aerospace, banking, telecom, and rail sectors.

You will analyze requirements, debug issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role requires 5+ years in testing and strong Python, Selenium, and Jenkins experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems/Software Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related.
• 5+ years in functional, regression, and validation testing.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with CAN communications.
• Experience with Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, PyTest, Robot Framework, or unittest.
• Git/GitHub version control knowledge.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and TestRail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases.
• Analyze requirements and system architecture to create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute tests, validate functionality, and debug failures.
• Refactor scripts and manage test framework versions (Git).
• Document test results and collaborate with development teams.
